More Good Days, Together
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Established in 1949 by Mental Health America and observed internationally today, Mental Health Awareness Month reduces stigma and promotes access to care. This year's theme is "More Good Days, Together".

Mental health is a fact of life for everyone, even those who don't face challenges. It includes the highs, the lows, and the in-betweens that makes each day unique. It's woven into how we connect with the people around us. Taking it seriously doesn't have to mean a big intervention. Sometimes it just means paying attention to ourselves and each other.
This month, we encourage two things:
Check in with yourself
Check in with someone
A simple "how are you doing?" paired with active listening can matter more than you might think.
